This feature helps Secular recovery programs list their meetings. It standardizes addresses, and displays results in a searchable list and map.
The Meeting List filters located at the top of the page, default to “Everywhere” – “Current Day of the Week” – “Any Time” – “Any Type” and “List” Mode. So if today was Monday, by default the Meeting List would show a list of Meetings everywhere in the World on Monday, in a list format. (Switch to “Map” for a Map display)
These filters at the top of the page, allow the user to change the “search” criteria. To see meetings near you use the search Box and enter your city, country,or region. Then select from the drop down menu the criteria your searching for, i.e, Chicago,or Illinois,or United States…etc……Also change the filters to “Anytime” – “Anyday” – “Any Type”. You can narrow the search by adjusting these filters accordingly. If you are not seeing any meetings make sure the filters are set to see everything first…then narrow your search..
When you select the meeting you were looking for, an embedded Map will appear with streets to help with location. You can also use the “Get Directions“ feature that will show you how to get there from where you are at this moment.
